Will you change how my place looks?
No. We enhance your existing photos: lighting, colour, sharpness and straight verticals. We never change what the space looks like: no new furniture, materials, colours or views. Everything stays true to the real property.
How long does it take?
We deliver your edited photos within 48 hours of receiving them. Walkthrough videos take 3–4 days.
What photos do you accept?
JPG or PNG, at least 1500 px wide. You can send 1, 5, 10 or 20 photos, depending on the package. For a walkthrough video we need at least 8–10 photos of the property.
How do I send my photos?
By email, or share a Google Drive or WeTransfer link for larger sets.
What do revisions include?
Every order includes up to 3 rounds of revisions to our editing (lighting, colour and sharpness). Revisions cover adjustments to the edits we made; they don’t include new photos or a completely different style.
Is the sample really free?
Yes. We edit 2–3 photos from your listing for free so you can see the result before deciding anything. There’s no commitment.
What if I don’t like the result?
Tell us and we’ll adjust it. Each order includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. That’s also why we offer a free sample first: it costs nothing if you don’t like it. If you’re still not happy after the 3 rounds, we’ll find a solution together.
What do you do with my photos?
We only use your photos to complete your order. We never publish before and after examples of your property without your explicit permission.
